NORDO: E-mail issues resolved! |
|
We sincerely apologize for the e-mail issues we sustained in the recent few weeks affecting Comcast and AT&T (and their associated domains such as sbcglobal, etc.). We had a user on our mail server that had an issue which blasted out tens of thousands of emails causing us to get blocked rightfully so by several providers. We have disabled the account and added other checks to the systems to prevent this in the future.
Did you know you can contact us without using e-mail at all? You can send us messages, read, and reply completely online which is the preferred method of communicating with us. We answer inquiries extremely fast, typically within an hour so if you have not heard back it's not that we haven't responded, either we didn't get your message or most of the time the problem is you're not getting our reply. Login to the help desk and view your tickets online and you'll find our correspondence available for your review. You can also come back at any later time should you need to reference something we provided, re-download a file, etc. So keep in mind if you are not hearing back from us please login to the help desk and check there and you'll probably find our reply waiting for you. Our help desk does use e-mail as well but if you're not getting them and you checked your spam/junk mail folder do check the help desk. E-mail is difficult for communications thanks to spammers and people disrupting our ability to do things online as you know. Thank you for your understanding while we worked through this very frustrating time re-establishing comms. |
