Whether printing a hard copy backup of your life long achievements in aviation or preparing for your dream job in aviation, we can take the hassle out of printing your pilot logbook data from Logbook Pro. While printing in Logbook Pro is not hard and you can do this entirely on your own we realize some do not want to deal with printers or the hassle or may not own a quality printer. Our turn-key printing service is here for your convenience where all you need to do is send us your Logbook Pro backup file and we'll do the rest.
Our turn-key print jobs are printed on Cirrus Elite's premium heavy bond paper hole punched and ready to go into your selected binder style. Once we receive your backup file we'll send you a few PDF's for review to verify the layout and totals. This will be only a small sample of the complete job, not all reports are provided for print approval.
Service Type (Full vs. Follow-on):
If this is your first time getting a turn-key print job you must select the full print job. If you used our turn-key service in the past and you did not make any changes prior to the last printed flight you can use the follow-on print service. The follow-on print service will print your last page of flying from the last job to include the additional flights and then print all of the other reports included in the original job. If any data changed prior to the last flight log entry of your prior job you must opt for a full reprint.
Binder Format:
This tells us the binder you intend to put the final print job in when you receive it. We'll use the proper Cirrus Elite paper based on your binder and color selection. Binders are not included in the print service and must be purchased separately. Please note that Full Size binders are no longer sold so only choose this format if you already own a Full Size binder.
Include PDF (Digital Copy):
You can opt for the PDF digital copy of your complete turn-key print job if desired. We do recommend adding this option as it's great to access from your mobile devices as well should you want to show anyone your logbook from a tablet for example.
Service Level:
- Normal service: Once you give us print approval your job will print and ship 3-5 business days via your selected ship method.
- Expedited service: Your job will ship within 2 business days via your selected ship method. We can work with you for faster options as needed as we try to print as soon as possible and if needed we can arrange for Saturday deliveries as well if your local carrier offers the service. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Digital Signatures:
If you would like us to have your signature placed on the lower right of the flight log pages send us your signature image with your Logbook Pro backup. You can produce your signature a number of ways whether using a tablet with a supported pencil such as iPad and Apple Pencil, signing a blank piece of white paper and taking a picture of it, or other various means.
