The new nc-software.com is coming Saturday

We've been working on the new nc-software.com website for a long time and it's finally time to let it out of its cage. We have a lot of integrations that all need to work together so this was a careful and meticulous process while at the same time ensuring we are providing you, our most valuable asset, the best web experience we can provide. We hope you like the new website and find it easier to navigate and locate what you're looking for in less time.

We plan to launch the new website on Saturday, January 13th and handle any triage needed over the weekend. There will be issues, there will be links you used in the past that won't work, please be patient as it will take time to iron things out and simply things changed and links will need to be updated. It will take months to dial all of this in but hopefully the transition will be smooth and transparent to you. If you find something not working right please give it a day or two and if not corrected please shoot us a quick email at support@nc-software.com and screenshots can be very helpful.

Again - please be patient, please provide feedback, and realize things are likely going to break as we transition everything over. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this process.

ALL USERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO PERFORM A PASSWORD RESET FROM THE LOGIN AREA. PASSWORDS ARE NOT MIGRATED TO THE NEW SITE.

APDL 12 Released

We are pleased to announce the release of APDL 12.0 now available on the Apple App Store. Here a few of the highlights from the release notes:

Expanded summary selections such as current/next month, last 90 days, year to date, last year, total, etc.
Advanced payroll with information for net pay, retirement contributions, taxes, and deductions
A new payroll calculator in the Payroll section for evaluating compensation, credit, deductions, and contributions. Also look at the What If > Payroll Calculator for more tools related to your compensation.
Improvements to legality, augmented operations, FDP extensions, commute, reserve categories, and more.
Numerous bug fixes and enhancements

Attention FLICA users

We understand Flica users have been experiencing issues with the check schedule functionality in APDL 12. This is due both in part by changes that occurred on the Flica side as well as changes made in APDL 12 to resolve issues reported in the past. In the end, it's not an optimum solution and we are working right now on major improvements to the schedule importing functionality to be released in our next update. APDL offers various ways of importing your schedule so we recommend Flica users please do the following:

Go to Settings > Schedule and turn OFF "Check periodically"
Use APDL Toolkit on the Flica page within the Safari browser. View your schedule and then launch APDL Toolkit and choose Process Page.
You an also capture your schedule using your Safari browser and copy your trip and then use the Paste & Process option.

We are happy to provide APDL users our schedule importer as a complimentary subscription at not additional charge. We realize it is import to airline pilots even though adding duty in APDL is fast and easy, we want you to have this with your APDL purchase at no additional cost, it's on the house.

Logbook Pro Mobile app updates in progress

We are working on the next updates to Logbook Pro Mobile and hope to have updates available not long after we complete the release of the new nc-software.com website. For our iOS and Android beta testers be on the lookout for beta builds to help us test the new functionality before we release it to the public. Everything has been rock solid and working wonderfully, no major issues, but we have some new things coming your way and we can't wait for you to give them a try.
