Our Logbook Pro turn-key print service with digital only delivery is our new offering to take your Logbook Pro data file and turn it into a digital (PDF) output following the same arrangement of our print solution. If you prefer to handle your own printing and binding or simply want a complete presentation of your Logbook Pro data then this service is for you. This is a great backup of your Logbook Pro data as well that can be saved in your preferred secure file storage. Printing and arranging layouts especially of flight log information can be complex. We have the experience to provide you a print ready solution in minimum turn-around time.
Whether printing a hard copy backup of your life long achievements in aviation or preparing for your dream job in aviation, we can take the hassle out of printing your pilot logbook data from Logbook Pro. While printing in Logbook Pro is not hard and you can do this entirely on your own we realize some do not want to deal with printers or the hassle or may not own a quality printer. Our turn-key printing service is here for your convenience where all you need to do is send us your Logbook Pro backup file and we'll do the rest.
Once we receive your Logbook Pro Desktop's backup file (.BAK) we'll send you a few PDF's for review to verify the layout and totals. This will be only a small sample of the complete job, not all reports are provided for digital print approval.
Binder Format:
This option is for the most part irrelevant as this is a digital output (PDF) that may or may not be used for actual printing and inserting into one of our binders. If you're not sure then leave it as Commander. Both Commander and Full Size binder formats are "Letter" (8-1/2 x 11 inch) paper layouts in landscape mode and the Premier/Old-World/Sport option will increase margins to allow printing for the smaller series of binders.
Service Level:
- Normal service: Once you give us print approval your job will completed within 3-5 business days.
- Expedited service: Your job will be completed within 1-2 business days.

Digital Signatures:
If you would like us to have your signature placed on the lower right of the flight log pages send us your signature image with your Logbook Pro backup. You can produce your signature a number of ways whether using a tablet with a supported pencil such as iPad and Apple Pencil, signing a blank piece of white paper and taking a picture of it, or other various means.
